Location: Northern Vermont (Chittenden County / Lamoille County)

Lead Carpenters manage residential construction projects throughout Northern Vermont. This role is ideal for a highly skilled carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys leading small project teams.

Our work focuses on high-quality residential remodeling, additions, and custom building projects in communities such as Burlington, Stowe, Morrisville, and surrounding towns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily on-site construction operations.

  • Coordinate small crews and subcontractors.

  • Interpret construction drawings and project plans.

  • Execute framing, structural carpentry, and finish work.

  • Maintain jobsite safety and organization.

  • Communicate project progress with the project manager.

  • Ensure high standards of craftsmanship on every project.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years residential construction experience.
